Dr. Peggy Wong
Dentist
Dr. Peggy Wong has been caring for patients in Orillia for over 15 years. She loves her patients and the team she works with. Dr. Wong believes that providing quality care in a calm environment is paramount. Continuing education is very important to Dr. Wong and she is always looking for opportunities to learn the best practices and procedures. Dr. Wong has a passion for cosmetic and restorative dentistry, including implant prosthetics. Dr. Wong enjoys giving back to the community and has been involved in several local charities.

Aside from her work at Mariposa Dental, Dr. Wong enjoys travelling and being active. She loves to bike, ski and golf!
Dr. Chris Liu
Dentist
Dr. Chris Liu is a graduate of University of Toronto and also studied at Hong Kong University, specializing in Endodontic studies. At Mariposa Dental, Dr. Liu focuses on providing care to patients who need root canals. Due to his expertise, Dr. Liu has gained teaching experience in endodontic treatment at the University of Toronto and The University of Hong Kong . Dr. Liu believes that all patients deserve to be confident about their smile and he is here to help you every step of the way. We are so lucky to have him on our team at Mariposa Dental!
In his spare time, Dr. Liu enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors.
Dr. Michael Lung
Dentist
Dr. Michael Lung has been seeing patients in Orillia for 7 years. Dr. Lung is passionate about developing lasting relationships with our patients and knows that not everyone is comfortable at the dentist. Dr. Lung ensures that patients of all ages have a stress-free appointment. Many of our patients thank Dr. Lung for his humble personality and great chairside manner. Dr. Lung enjoys all aspects of dentistry and believes in saving every tooth for as long as possible!
Dr. Lung is a "foodie" and on his time off he loves trying new restaurants and travelling. His favourite place is Tokyo, ask him about it next time you're in!
Dr. LUCAS DA SILVA
Dentist
Dr. Lucas Da Silva is a compassionate and skilled dentist with a DDS degree from the University of Melbourne. He treats patients of all ages and has particular expertise in oral surgery, root canal therapy, and crown and bridge work. Dedicated to ongoing professional development, he regularly attends courses to stay current with advances in dentistry. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, he connects easily with a diverse patient base.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, spending time at the cottage, and being with his wife and daughter. He is committed to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
Kara Pleadwell

Kara graduated from Georgian College in 2012 and has been treating patients of all ages ever since. She was born and raised in Orillia and loves being a provider for the Orillia Community.

When Kara is not in the office she is spending time with her son or making her own jewelry!
Megan Fitzgerald
DENTURIST
Megan graduated from Georgian College in 2019 and has been treating patients of all ages ever since. Megan has a passion for human connection and offers a trusting, comfortable and open environment for her patients. Her greatest joy is seeing her patients smile with confidence after receiving their new teeth!
